Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (“Terms” or “EULA”) govern your access to and use of the gahm app and website (the “Service”), operated by gahm, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea(“gahm”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, or by purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

gahm is a self-serve digital closet and outfit-styling app. You add photos of clothing you own; gahm automatically generates garment cutouts and lets you mix-and-match and save outfits (“looks”). gahm is software you use yourself — it does not provide human stylists or personal-shopping services, and any styling output is automated and advisory. Features, availability, and pricing may change.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have a parent’s or legal guardian’s consent) to use the Service. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you can legally enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you add. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content (including by automated AI systems — see §8 and our Data Policy) solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You represent that you have the right to upload the content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

gahm offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features.

5.1 In-App Subscription (Apple App Store)

When you subscribe inside the iOS app, the following apply:

  • Title & duration: gahm Premium, offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription.
  • Price: Monthly — USD 8.49 per month; Yearly — USD 67.90 per year. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before you confirm purchase.
  • Free trial: a free trial may be offered (for example, on the yearly plan). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
  • You can manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your device’s Account Settings (App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions) after purchase.
  • Purchases and refunds for in-app subscriptions are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms; we cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.

5.2 Website Subscription

If you purchase through our website, payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, and their terms also apply. Prices, plans, and taxes are shown at checkout. Web subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
  • upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that infringes others’ rights or is abusive, defamatory, or illegal;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data;
  • copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, content, and trademarks, is owned by gahm or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended personal purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. AI Output & No Professional Advice

Garment cutouts and outfit suggestions are generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate or imperfect. They are provided for convenience only and are not professional styling, fashion, or any other advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gahm will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD 50.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

14. Apple App Store — Additional Terms

This section applies to use of the iOS app obtained from the Apple App Store:

  • These Terms are between you and gahm only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  • Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, claims, or third-party intellectual-property claims relating to the app, except as required by law.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
  • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist-supporting,” and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
