Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with gahm. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.
1. Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if the Service was not delivered as described or you have not substantially used it. For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. Non-Refundable
- services already substantially delivered or styling sessions already completed;
- requests made after the 14-day window has passed;
- charges from third-party retailers for products you purchased elsewhere based on a recommendation.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@huzlee.com with the email address used for the purchase and your order or receipt details. We will review and respond, typically within a few business days.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy. Once processed, it may take several business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
